How to Brew Blue Lotus Tea:

Brew Guide for Blue Lotus Tea.

Method:

   

        1. Heat water on the stovetop or kettle, ensuring it’s not at a rolling boil    

        2. Place 1-2 dried Blue Lotus flowers (per cup) into a teapot or infuser.    

        3. Pour the hot water over the flowers and let them steep for 5-7 minutes.    

        4. Strain the flowers and serve the tea.

(You can leave the flowers in your tea, however we do not recommend consuming them).    

        5.Optional: Add a touch of honey or lemon.    

        For extra affect, try infusing it with Ceremonial Cacao.
