Shipping Costs - Australia.
We offer free shipping on all orders over $150 Australia-wide.
- Standard post under 500 grams - $7.95
- Standard Post over 500 grams – $10.95
- All Express Post - $15.
Shipping Times:
We ship via Australia Post. You’ll receive a tracking number within 3 business days. We ship orders Monday-Friday using Australia Post Service – standard post is usually on your doorstep within 5 - 8 business days depending on your location.
Please refer to Aus Post for shipping times and for disruptions and delays.
Address Policy:
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We do not take responsibility for incorrect address details, and customers will be liable for any resends due to providing an inaccurate address.
Australia Post Responsibility:
Once your order has been dispatched via Australia Post, it is under their responsibility. We do not take responsibility for any issues or delays caused by Australia Post, including lost or delayed deliveries. Additionally, we are not liable for orders that are lost or stolen once the parcel has been delivered to the correct delivery address. While we will do everything we can to assist in resolving any issues, we do not cover the cost of reshipping for lost deliveries or returns.
If you would like to add postage insurance for an additional fee, please contact us prior to placing your order.
Pre- Order Notice:
Products labelled as 'pre-order' will be clearly marked in the title on the product page, and the product description will include an estimated arrival date. We strive to dispatch pre-ordered items within 2-3 business days of stock arriving at our dispatch station.
To confirm whether you have ordered a pre-order item, refer to your order confirmation email where the product titles will be marked as 'pre-order'.
Please note that if your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, they will be shipped together once the pre-order item is available.
