What to expect
Each circle begins by being guided to open ourselves up to connection with father sky and mother earth, and with each other. A light smudging will help us clear any negative energy and welcome in positive energy.

We'll then move into a grounding cacao ceremony and meditation, followed by an immersive experience of breath work and self-alignment led by Sophie.

Throughout the morning, we'll focus on reconnecting with our authentic selves and remembering what we truly want in life. As the full moon amplifies our intentions, we'll harness the potent energies of cacao and the cosmos to support our journey towards self-discovery and manifestation.
